Studied engineering in the field of electrical /communications and networks , and worked in that filed in health ministry. Got MSc. in communication engineering and networks, and worked in Erbil international Airport. More than 19 years experience in both private and public sector in the field of communications, networks and radar systems. International trainer in fields of e-Government, PM , HR, PMP and An author of e- administration book for ministry of planning (MOP).
